To become a good developer

For I good developer I want to become:

    Planning: getting the required information, tools and resources together;
    Designing: both high level (strategic) and detailed design during which we analyse the problem and work out how to solve it;
    Coding: actually typing in the lines of code;
    Compiling (if we are using a compiled language): running the compiler and correcting any errors until we get the program to run;
    Unit Testing: running one or more tests to check if the program is correct. While testing we sometimes have to correct errors to the design or the code and re-compile the program.

What do I hunt for my goal?

OMG
I always think I need to learn something new and modern such as: Android or iOS programming technical. But I forget a key to success when I learn a thing. I need to use my knowledge to learn more deeply in my technical. I mean I will learn something like: design pattern, software design, how to build a big software throw internet, information security and database manager...

I am in my way for study English, this year I cannot change my technical so much. But I already have plan to change my technical in next year. I need to be careful to choose what I will do, step by step to change my life. Surely I want to reach my goal as early as possible, but I each one step I need more careful. In my country we have a sentence:
"You want to fast, you must slower".

Hold or avoid

Yesterday, when I am sleepy and tired front of my computer, my friend give me a plan to open new coffee shop. I think it is an opportunity and challenge.
Suddenly, I carefully read this plan and give him some suggestion. We have many issue if we try to open it, we discuss around 3 hours.
Today, I always think about it and I don't know how I have enough money to invert. And I continue discuss with other friend, it make me more hesitate. I would seem do not have time to do it.
Many question in my mind. I don't really believe myself. Maybe it is a big change of me. I need find money and borrow money to start it.

How I can find suggestions? Maybe, I will ask to my teacher.

[Everyday English] What am I studying?

Today, I read many page on EnglishClub website. This web site is very good and useful for study English.
In this website we can find many articles, documents about all English skill. Some days next, I will spend more time to read it.

I am early complete my task on company. Now, it's time for think about plan study to next a few days. Without working on my company, I need to develop 2 projects, one of them is litle project and another is a big project for me. 24 hours per days seem not enough for me, but think about it, sometime I feel lazy. Review some English tutorials, documents and website I am following. It remind me to focus on study.
1. Effortless Training Course: it's big, recently I don't study it, I need spend time for it.
2. Speaking English like American: so good videos for pronunciation, I am doing it. OK, try to complete it soon.
4. Read website: EnglishClub I will complete in next a few days.

6. Listening everyday English: It's only on my company, I will try to here it everyday.

[Improve skill] How to read faster

How many wpm (words per minute) do you read? I am not sure about me, but I'm very slow to read.
I am stupid guy but I cannot concentrate when I am reading, I always think and imagine. So, now the solution is find and study a good method for reading faster.

Changing project

A project similar to life... and you are developer.

If you only code, you do not re-factoring code by time, you will create a mess. If you grow up without study and change, you will come to bad guy.

Changing code will be rick, maybe some impact you cannot control, make it false on run-time, careful and make sure what you will change, maybe create a plan is safe and good. So, how can you change  you life, what you change and what impact to...? Maybe it make you afraid and worry. Make a plan is good choice again.

What happen with a big change? Nearly, I always meet it, our project in my company have a big change. So, plan is not enough, we need to study more, logging all step, create some tools. Make everything in control and safe. I have many experience from it. And I am prepare for my big change... you will see me careful change.

Today I don't feel like doing anything

Today I don't feel like doing anything...
No, it's not me. It's lyric of "The lazy song", this is nice song I here every morning. In a bad weather day, I decide to get up early everyday and do exercise. I remember for sure I decided it many times, I didn't do it like I want.
Now, it's the first time I found a right things can help me make "dream become true". It's my project management, he sits next to me.
I try to get up early and go to company, start my great word day.
Today is like this. Thank you.

[English everyday] Cannot join in blog at home

Now, I am at home.
Maybe you feel it's funny, I can browse manager page of my blog, but I cannot browse view page. I am an IT man, I find it so many time in the internet and you see I haven't any solution.
I feel quite angrily, quite boring. Then I will come back to study English, I don't think about it again.

 Now, I think about how a person can use English. You can see, in a English country, a silly boy really can hear and talk English in correct. Why I am not? I really found some reasons, maybe I think it defend for my lazy :( Oh, some reasons like:
- I don't live in a English country. Almost people around me communication with Vietnamese.
- I am adult, my experience make me hard to study English. Sometime intelligent is not good :))
- English is difficult study language. Maybe, It have many exception in grammar. Too popular, I mean it's not standard, I hard to hear people in each other country talking with not pure English.
- Why English people are rapidly talking. If you try to compare talking speed with my country, you will see many differences. How I listen to, yes, how I am talking like this.
- The last think, training English is in my country so bad. Focus to grammar, I think it lose right way.

Oh, you can help me add more reasons, maybe I forgot them. But I don't this post to complain, it's an action I change myself in study English everyday.

I am gifted, so are you!

    Yes, it's title of the book, I am reading.

    Today, I'm not talking about this book. I'm thinking about me with 16 years study. Time in school with many memories. I feel I'm really lucky and I know I can do more than I did.

    When I studied in primary school, I was mischievous boy. I don't know why I go to school. I always made my teacher hate me, the best thing I remember is when I went out of school then I explored new way to come back home. I and my friend were call "short ways". Do you know if we went in the common way, we spend 5 minutes to come home, but we always spend half hour or more. I think we are like a explorer, we have many issues on way such as: the way too narrow, we need over come a field, we need jump over ditch or sometime we lose the way. Yes, it always is good memories.

    I go to middle school in not easy. My parents are worry about me, because I learn too bad (not too bad like Adam Khoo :D) They take me to learn in an expensive school (because it's school made by a person). In short time I quickly get better. In here, I become a good boy, I don't play computer game like some friends. I didn't learn hard, but I like Math. I send many time to complete my exercise from teacher and advanced book. Now, I think it's my important period, I will difficult to study programming if I am not good Math. Thank to my teacher.

    I am very self-confident when I come to high school. OK, it's very bad because I don't know in out side, many pupils learn very well more than me. I like a frog on well (well I mean "a deep hole in the ground from which water, oil or gas can be obtained"). High school is a hard way for me. I was selected in a good class in high school, but I didn't learn well enough to satisfy expectation of my parents and teachers. Worry grow up inside me. I need to go to university. In this time, I know I like computer, I decisive to go to Bach Khoa university. It's not easy and my dream is not become true. And I come to NIEM university, this is a big change in my life.

    At the begin, I felt hopeless, but after graduate I didn't. Study in university is a long story. Nowaday, I am quite proud and happy because I choose right way to study in it.

The first in my blog

I am an ITer in long time, but I don't know why I don't like all kind of public site such as Social Network and Blog. Now, I am working on a software outsourcing company, sometime working long time front of computer, tired with many lines code, bug and fix.So, I want to share, share everything appear on my mind.
In this blog, I will share my plans, my opinions, my experience and little think about anything.

OK, about me, I am single man, live in Hanoi, Vietnamese. I live with my parent. I have just graduated from an Education Management university, major in Information Technology. I joint to FPT software JSC, it's the biggest software outsourcing company in Vietnam.

I am working with .NET technology. I really like it, everything about .NET and Microsoft come with me when the first time I knew computer.I have a big plan, that's become to expert in .NET software development in next some years.
